Description
A holistic health coaching consists of an in-depth assessment of a proper diet, exercise routine & lifestyle that is nourishing and supporting to the individual. Ancient Ayurvedic practices will be incorporated & customized based on individual evaluation. This is a 1 month program that consists of:
*weekly one-on-one phone sessions
*support in between sessions
*meal planning & recipes
*daily practices that are balancing for the individual (known as dinacarya in Ayurveda)
*resources to support your goals
